SAP QM Consultant

We are looking for a SAP QM Consultant with solid experience in the Pharmaceutical industry to participate in SAP implementations and rollouts across national and international environments. Location and work model The position is based across the national territory (Spain) in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office-based collaboration to foster strong team synergies. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit for Spain. Availability to travel is required.

Main functions

• Participate in end-to-end SAP QM implementations, rollouts and enhancements in Pharma environments
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM functional solutions aligned with GMP standards
• Configure SAP QM processes related to quality planning, quality inspection, quality notifications and batch management
• Support testing activities, user training and go-live support in international projects

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional SAP QM consultant, taking ownership of design, configuration and documentation of QM processes
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations (GxP, GMP) and quality standards within SAP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, WM/EWM) to ensure end-to-end process integration
• Provide functional guidance and support to key users and stakeholders in English-speaking environments

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP QM implementations
• Proven experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry
• High level of English, fluent in conversation
• Availability to travel
• No specific academic degree required
