Job description

Design and evolve DevOps and CI/CD architectures for cloud and hybrid environments
Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies
Establish DevSecOps standards, security controls, and compliance requirements
Select and govern toolchains (CI/CD, cloud, monitoring, automation)
Design scalable environments for build, test, release, and deployment
Support teams with architectural guidance, best practices, and technical coaching
Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of platforms
Contribute to technical roadmaps, architecture documentation (HLD/LLD), and governance
Collaborate with developers, architects, security, and operations stakeholders

Technical Skills & Expertise

CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (at least one at architect level)
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation
Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, OpenShift
Scripting & Automation: Python, Bash, YAML
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / OpenSearch
Security: DevSecOps practices, secrets management, IAM, vulnerability scanning
Source Control: Git, branching strategies, release management

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure roles
Proven experience as DevOps Architect or Senior DevOps Engineer
Strong background in cloud-native and distributed systems
Experience defining architecture standards and frameworks
Ability to work in international, multi-team environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

Nice to Have

Experience in regulated or industrial environments (aerospace, automotive, life sciences, etc.)
DevOps or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)
Experience with enterprise governance and compliance frameworks
Coaching or mentoring experience
