Job description

Are you a master of data orchestration looking for a high-impact, international challenge? At Shakers, we are looking for a Data Architect & MarTech Expert to join a global professional services leader.

This is a full-time, long-term project where you will act as the technical backbone of a multi-brand data strategy, ensuring seamless integration between cutting-edge DMP and Marketing Automation platforms.

The Mission

Your primary focus will be on Data Orchestration & Integration. You will manage the end-to-end data flows between Relay42 (DMP/TMS) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring that audience segmentation and tagging logic trigger high-quality marketing activities., * Data Orchestration: Optimize strategic tags and audience logic to ensure seamless data triggers downstream.

  • Solution Architecture: Keep a clear view of a complex multi-brand setup, and ensure data consistency across Relay42 and SFMC.
  • Strategic SQL & Analytics: Act as a partner to the Email Marketing Automation (EMA) team, writing complex SQL queries and translating raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Technical Advisory: Serve as the subject matter expert for Tracking & Consent (Adobe Launch/GTM) and provide oversight for in-house TypeScript-based scoring solutions.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Act as a point of escalation for GCP-related tasks (Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub).

Requirements

  • Language: Minimum English C1 (Full professional proficiency is mandatory for this international environment).
  • Core Tech Stack: Proven experience with Relay42 (DMP), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and advanced SQL.
  • Data Strategy: Solid background in Data Architecture and the ability to identify business opportunities through data analysis.
  • Technical Versatility: Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) components like BigQuery or Cloud Functions.
  • Tracking Expertise: Experience with Tag Management Systems (GTM or Adobe Launch) and Consent Management.
