Industry X - AI Software Engineer

• You hold a bachelor's and/or master's degree in computer science, Embedded Systems or related fields.
• You have at least 3+ years of relevant working experience in developing software solutions in an Agile and multidisciplinary environment.
• You are excellent in verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is appreciated.
• You have in-depth knowledge of programming languages (C/C++), scripting languages (Python) and Operating System concepts.
• You have experience in software testing & deployment (using Docker-Kubernetes), code analyses, compilers and Linux OS.
• You are familiar with software architecture & design, ML frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch), version control systems, CI/CD.
• You have good understanding of Deep Learning concepts (Computer Vision), Generative AI concepts (Large Language Models) & Edge computing.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in developing solutions with cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts like Transformer architecture, Large Language Models and related concepts like Prompt Engineering/RAG/Finetuning/Agents, Vision Language Models & downstream tasks like Image captioning/VQA/Text2Image Search.
• Experience in developing GenAI applications like RAG using models from Hugging Face and frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex.

You have experience in aligning with business stakeholders to understand the needs, including acceptance criteria for validating software development and delivery model. You bring experience in software development and integration in large and complex systems working with geographically distributed scrum teams.
