We are the Capital Projects & Infrastructure team of Industry X, specifically focusing on Utilities. Every day we work on the challenges that grid operators face in expanding and future-proofing their networks: rising costs, societal pressure, scarce technical capacity, and the urgency to move fast. We have a strong track record of helping grid operators scale up network capacity with outstanding quality and manageable costs. Given the significance of this area, we're building a dedicated Infrastructure & Capital Projects team to support Dutch grid operators and you can be a part of it.

THE WORK

As a Manager at Accenture, you are a true innovator, visionary and problem solver in the field of future energy network architecture, design & construction. You use the power of data and digital ingenuity to help our clients accelerate their journey towards a future-proof energy network. You work across the domains that determine how grid operators can build faster, smarter and more consistently: asset standardization and modularization, systems engineering, BIM, program management platforms and a factory approach to tendering and permitting.

People: You will work with C-level executives, project directors and senior leaders across the construction project delivery chain of utilities clients. You are the linking pin between asset management, engineering, procurement and construction teams. A key part of your role is ensuring that scarce technical capacity is deployed as effectively as possible: the right expertise, in the right place, at the right time.

Processes: You manage the optimization of network design & construction processes to keep projects on track and within budget. You identify bottlenecks and opportunities in the delivery process and work with client teams to remove friction and build more predictable, scalable ways of working.

Technology: You have a clear understanding of how the right tooling enables better collaboration and delivery across the project chain: from requirements management systems and BIM to engineering data management platforms such as P6 Primavera. You help clients select, implement and adopt the tools that fit their way of working and accelerate their programs.

Data: You drive the utilization of high-quality data throughout the entire network design & construction chain for fast and data-driven decision making. You ensure that all parties: from asset owners to contractors have access to the same information, enabling better collaboration, fewer misalignments, and smarter decisions across the program.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in capital projects management, construction execution, project management and/or project controls
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience with capital project execution systems such as requirements management, engineering data, BIM or program management platforms
• Experience in the grid expansion or energy infrastructure domain
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Valid certificates to work on large on- and offshore construction sites
• Knowledge of asset standardization & modularization, BIM or systems engineering in an infrastructure context
• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
