Data Centre Engineer

• Provide support and remote hands for clients
• Run and test cables for the network and infrastructure
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues
• Use monitoring systems to identify potential issues
• Perform network and workstation troubleshooting
• Proactively update and process tickets within our system
