Job description
This is a varied and rewarding role leading and supporting the Student Data team, including deputising for the Student Data Manager and helping staff to develop through training, mentoring and performance support. You will play a key role in overseeing student enrolment, curriculum records and data accuracy, ensuring deadlines, funding requirements and audits are met. Working closely with Heads of School and cross-college teams, you will act as a main point of contact to resolve issues around timetables, attendance and student records. You will help improve and streamline systems and processes, including the use of digital tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. The role also involves ensuring student information is managed securely and in line with data protection legislation.
Requirements
Experience improving office processes to reduce errors and work more efficiently Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems Recent experience leading an administrative team in a customer-focused environment Completed, or willing to complete, Equality & Diversity and Safeguarding training
