Providing administrative support to colleagues in the external returns, student records and curriculum data teams

Playing a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data that underpins the student journey and statutory reporting requirements, this is an opportunity to start or continue a career in the highly specialised area of HE Professional Administration.

Requirements
- Ideally with experience of working within a data focused role, or within the Higher education sector, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an enthusiasm to progress within this specialised environment
About You:

You will have experience of data processing and maintenance within the education sector

You will have experience of entering and maintaining data

You will have a proven ability to understand data structures
-
You will have proven experience in producing clear and professional communications, using a range of IT software and applications

You will have strong attention to detail and well-developed quality assurance skills, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of work

You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, work efficiently, and manage multiple workstreams

You will have the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels

You will have a positive customer service attitude and a commitment to giving a high-quality service to staff and students

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear email communication
