DV Cleared Network Engineer

Our Client, a leader in defence and security, is hiring for a reputable organisation to support on a satellite network project. This is an exciting opportunity for a Network Engineer to work on a high-profile, fast-paced programme with national and international travel.

What you'll be doing: . Responding to network faults and incidents, providing third-line support . Managing installation, configuration, and testing of new system components . Ensuring new services meet UK security standards . Performing upgrades, enhancements, and managing obsolescence . Supporting the design and security of military communication networks, including satellite systems

Experience in designing and delivering IP communication networks, ideally with Cisco accreditation (CCNP preferred) . Knowledge of IP network architectures and serial communications . Familiarity with RF Satellite communications technology (advantageous) . Background in telecommunications or satellite communication environments . Understanding of systems engineering life cycle and processes . Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
