Job description

You'll be supporting a secure IT environment, responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT services across a central hub and surrounding sites., * Managing and updating support tickets in line with SLAs

  • Handling hardware triage and break/fix for in-warranty devices
  • Managing IT stock and asset tracking (scan in/out, lifecycle)
  • Supporting device deployments and locker replenishment
  • Coordinating with vendors for parts and returns
  • Ensuring processes are followed within a secure, regulated environment

Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance
  • Experience in desktop support / IT support / EUC
  • Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process
