Job description
You'll be supporting a secure IT environment, responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT services across a central hub and surrounding sites., * Managing and updating support tickets in line with SLAs
- Handling hardware triage and break/fix for in-warranty devices
- Managing IT stock and asset tracking (scan in/out, lifecycle)
- Supporting device deployments and locker replenishment
- Coordinating with vendors for parts and returns
- Ensuring processes are followed within a secure, regulated environment
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance
- Experience in desktop support / IT support / EUC
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process
