- Responsibilities Overview: You will lead the end-to-end change delivery for the council's systems, designing, configuring, and documenting changes to Mosaic and associated platforms like the Provider Portal and Business Objects/Google Looker. You will facilitate workshops to map current and future processes, translating service needs into highly functional forms, workflows, permissions, and data rules. You will coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), produce user guidance and release notes, and partner with ICT to ensure safe deployments. Additionally, you will lead the triangulation and reconciliation of data quality across multiple source systems to drive targeted data cleaning efforts., We understand and recognise the benefits of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace and are embracing AI where appropriate, to boost our productivity and streamline how we deliver our Council services efficiently; to provide the best possible outcomes for our residents and communities. Requirements
- Skills Required: You must have robust skills in business analysis, system configuration, testing, and technical writing. You need excellent stakeholder facilitation skills and strong SQL/reporting literacy. You must also have a deep knowledge of Mosaic configuration, social care workflows, and statutory datasets. You should be user-centred, evidence-led, highly organised, and resilient when working under time pressure.
- Experience: You must have proven experience in delivering production system changes with complete artefacts, including configuration notes, UAT plans, and release notes. You should have a strong background in collaborating with IT teams on system releases and experience supporting audits, inspections, and data quality or cleansing activities.
Work location: Expected to be in the office at least 2-3 days per week.
