Job description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Ownership Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of a Salesforce-based transformation programme within a financial services/insurance environment. The role will act as the key bridge between business and technology, owning the product backlog, defining value outcomes, and ensuring successful end-to-end programme delivery through to post go-live optimisation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner / Lead Product Owner in complex financial services or insurance transformation programmes
  • Preferred experience in Salesforce platforms (Financial Services Cloud / Insurance Cloud), including backlog management, user stories, and Agile delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end programme delivery, including UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership, business SMEs, and technical delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of value-driven delivery, including defining KPIs, benefits tracking, and translating business outcomes into actionable product roadmaps

  • Salary: London circa £120,000/ National circa £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
