Job description

We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress Website Developer to manage, develop, and enhance our online presence. This is a hands-on, on-site role based in our Watford showroom.

You'll play a key role in showcasing our products and projects online, ensuring our website reflects the quality and sophistication of our brand., * Develop, maintain, and optimise our WordPress website

  • Design and implement visually engaging pages that reflect a premium brand
  • Improve website performance, speed, and SEO
  • Upload and manage content including product listings, project portfolios, and blogs
  • Work closely with the team to align website content with marketing and sales goals
  • Integrate tools/plugins to enhance functionality (e.g. forms, analytics, CRM)
  • Ensure website is mobile-friendly and fully responsive
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Proven experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, customisation)

  • Strong understanding of UX/UI, especially for high-end or design-led brands
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and preferably some JavaScript/PHP
  • Experience with SEO best practices
  • A good eye for design, layout, and visual presentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience working with interior design, architecture, or luxury products
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Photoshop, Canva)

  • Competitive salary (£27,000 - £35,000 depending on experience)
