RPA Developer

RPA Developer (Contract) Duration: 6 months Budget: £550 inside IR 35 Hybrid at Watford Office

We are seeking an RPA Developer to join a global Corporate Risk & Compliance Data & Systems team, delivering high-quality automation solutions that support regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions (Blue Prism) Deliver medium to high-complexity automations across multiple business areas Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement solutions Produce and maintain clear solution documentation throughout the project life cycle Execute testing, support UAT, and manage defect resolution Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for existing automations Communicate risks, issues, and progress within project timelines

Key Requirements:

Experienced in RPA or business systems development Hands-on experience with Blue Prism Blue Prism Foundation certification Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
