As you progress, you'll have the opportunity to move into projects, deployments, and even pre-sales or service improvement initiatives. This is not a "ticket factory" role - it's a position where you'll develop into a trusted technical specialist.

What You'll Be Doing Providing 2nd and 3rd line support across network and security environments Managing and supporting Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma/SASE solutions, and security platforms Monitoring customer environments and proactively identifying issues Handling incidents, changes, and service requests within SLA Performing upgrades, patching, and configuration changes Supporting onboarding of new customers and maintaining documentation Collaborating with internal teams and vendors on complex issues Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team knowledge Gradually getting involved in projects, deployments, and broader technical initiatives

Requirements
