Job description

As a Publisher Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing publisher performance, serving as a subject matter expert on your accounts. You will work closely with the Supply team to drive performance, unlock growth opportunities, and deliver maximum value for adMarketplace's publisher partners.

In this role, you will combine data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication skills to build successful publisher relationships and support long-term growth. You will play a key role in scaling strategic partnerships, including Tier 1 publishers such as BNPL providers, OEMs, browsers, and emerging AI platforms. Key Outcomes

  • Drive measurable revenue growth across adMarketplaces publisher portfolio
  • Improve performance and efficiency of publisher placements through ongoing optimization
  • Strengthen relationships with strategic publisher partners
  • Successfully onboard and scale new publisher integrations
  • Contribute to the evolution of adMarketplace's supply strategy, including AI-driven products

What You'll Do

  • Own performance monitoring and optimization of media placements across publisher partners
  • Analyze daily performance data to ensure accounts are healthy, profitable, and aligned with partner goals
  • Partner with Publisher Managers to support strategy and growth across key accounts
  • Engage directly with publishers to share performance insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities and risks in a timely manner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and Demand teams to resolve issues and improve performance
  • Leverage internal and external data to uncover trends and inform account strategy
  • Support onboarding of new publisher partners and placements, ensuring tracking and reporting readiness
  • Maintain accurate documentation of performance metrics, account updates, and key insights
  • Contribute market insights and publisher feedback to inform product development, including AI-driven solutions
  • Support initiatives to expand and optimize partnerships with Tier 1 publishers (BNPL, OEMs, browsers, AI platforms)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media, account management, or partnerships (adtech experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data (CPC, RPM, yield optimization)
  • Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
