You've run technical projects. You've dealt with applications, dashboards, timelines, stakeholders, and the occasional "can we still change this?" request two days before go-live. Now you're looking for more ownership, more impact, and a role where structure, data, and human interaction all matter. Project Governance & Delivery You structure, plan, track, report, and keep projects (and budgets) under control. Solution Enablement You help turn business questions into applications, dashboards, KPIs, and data solutions that actually get used. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership You connect the dots between business teams, developers, analysts, and management à making sure everyone plays the same tune. Continuous Improvement You have a talent for seeing inefficiencies, and an even better one for fixing them.
Requirements
Our future teammate is:
- Experience: min 8 years
- Languages: English is our working language. Dutch and/or French are not mandatory, but they will help you be closer to some colleagues and navigate nuances more effectively-especially when things get complex.
- Structured by nature, with top-notch organization and reporting skills
- ️ A natural communicator, equally at ease with tech profiles and business stakeholders
- Diplomatic and solution-oriented, you keep discussions constructive, focus on outcomes, and bring positive energy-even when things get tricky
- Autonomous but collaborative, you don't need hand-holding, but you like teamwork
- Detail-sharp, without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Comfortable in stakeholder-facing, cross-functional leadership roles
- A quick learner, adept at picking up new content
Your technical toolbox (must-have, not superhero-level):
- Project & reporting tools: Jira, Smartsheet and/or MS Project, advanced Excel
- BI & dashboarding: Power BI or similar, KPI logic, basic data modeling
- Tech & automation: working knowledge or deep understanding of SQL, Python, APIs or low-code tools (enough to speak fluent "developer" and challenge solutions when needed; insight in software development cycle and methodology), * A senior, visible role with real ownership
