Job description
Are you a seasoned Test Automation expert ready to take ownership at scale? We're looking for a Tribe Test Engineer to drive quality across 30 Agile squads within a large-scale digital environment.
As a key player in the Tribe, you'll lead and evolve the test automation strategy, ensuring high-quality, seamless digital experiences. You'll operate at the intersection of technology, strategy, and collaboration, influencing squads and leadership alike.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and enhance test automation strategy across the Tribe
- Oversee API & UI automation (Playwright, RestAssured, Cucumber…)
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Drive data-based improvements using automation metrics
- Align stakeholders and communicate clearly on risks & progress
- Facilitate workshops and promote best practices (BDD, shift-left testing)
- Act as escalation point for automation challenges
Requirements
- 5+ years in test management & automation
- Strong experience with:
- API testing & service virtualization (WireMock, Karate…)
- UI automation (Playwright, Appium)
- Test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber)
- CI/CD & DevOps environments
- Proven experience in large-scale Agile organizations
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in regulated environments is a plus
Languages
