Job description

In this position, you take responsibility for Digital Operations Service Management based on ITIL best practices. You use the Krones platform as the central service management system and ensure a stable, efficient, and transparent operation of our digital services and the connected base throughout their entire lifecycle. Your responsibilities include incident, service request, problem, change, and release management, as well as service level management. You ensure the end-to-end mapping and implementation of these processes within the systems in use. In addition, you establish standardized processes, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and consistent data and system integration, thereby making a significant contribution to the quality and reliability of our digital operations services. Your tasks

  • You take responsibility for the lifecycle management of IT/OT components.
  • You perform operational tasks and provide 2nd-level support for network, security, IT/OT systems, applications, and services.
  • You provide technical support to Customer Support in problem analysis and troubleshooting.
  • You plan, execute, and monitor operational tasks on customer systems as well as, if required, on test systems.
  • You actively contribute to IT/OT asset management, including the maintenance and continuous development of SAP and ServiceNow structures as well as other required tools.
  • You are responsible for the operation and continuous development of connectivity and security solutions.
  • You ensure knowledge transfer, conduct coaching activities, and create and maintain training materials.

Requirements

  • You have several years of professional experience in an IT/OT, digital operations, or service management environment, ideally based on ITIL.
  • You bring advanced knowledge of IT/OT systems, networks, security, or digital services.
  • You have experience in taking on partial project responsibility.
  • You have experience working with SAP and/or ServiceNow systems, ideally in the context of IT/OT services, asset management, or service management.
  • You work in a structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented manner.
  • You are a team player, have strong communication skills, and operate confidently in an international environment.
  • You have very good German skills and good English skills.
