About the company

Henley Morgan is working with an established technology distributor based in the Oxfordshire countryside who are looking for a NetSuite Developer / Administrator to join their small in-house team. This is a hands-on, technical role - around 90% development, 10% admin - focused on SuiteScript, API integrations and the ongoing optimisation of an existing codebase. You'll work closely with the other NetSuite developer, report into the Technical Manager and have genuine autonomy to shape how the system evolves. The team is close-knit - around 58 people - and the culture is relaxed, collaborative and people-first. The MD is hands-on, no one is treated like a number, and the modern office comes with a gym, café and plenty of perks designed to bring people together. This is a great fit for a developer who wants real ownership of an in-house NetSuite environment, without the stop-start pace of partner or client-facing work.
