YOUR NEW JOBYou will lead implementation & support of theOdoo ERPplatform across internal business functions. This includessystem rollout, configuration, user support & continuous improvementof ERP processes. You will work closely with finance, HR, operations & IT teams to ensure the system supports daily operations & business reporting. Requirements
documentation including workflows, SOPs & user guides Ensure ERP configuration aligns with accounting standards, internal controls & governance requirements Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve workflows & enhance reporting Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, IT & external vendors on system improvements WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU~3-5 years experience in ERP implementation or ERP application support Hands-on experience withOdooor similar ERP platforms Experience supporting finance, HR or operational ERP modules Ability to translate business requirements into ERP system configuration Strong troubleshooting, documentation & stakeholder management skills Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Systems, Accounting or related field WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUTExperience implementing Odoo ERP in a System Integrator or consulting environment Experience supporting multi-entity or regional ERP deployments Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g. payroll, banking, Microsoft 365 or BI tools) Odoo certification or ERP-related certifications Chinese proficiency for internal & external stakeholder communication#J-18808-Ljbffr Similar jobs
