The Client Solutions team builds scalable, long-term partnerships through best-in-class campaign services for direct clients and agencies. In this role, you'll join the Travel team with a focus on travel clients, helping top brands craft impactful narratives and drive measurable results. We're a team of ambitious, hands-on self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. You'll need to be proactive, highly independent, and confident in client-facing settings-driving strategy, execution, and innovation to shape the future of digital advertising on our platform. Responsibilities - Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing) on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth. - Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve advertising outcomes, maximize client revenue, and increase ROI and efficiency. - Manage and grow client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption. - Conduct regular business reviews and adopt a consultative approach to strengthen long-term client partnerships, in close collaboration with Brand Partnership Managers. - Lead campaign kickoffs and oversee all timelines, asset delivery and optimization opportunities using data-driven analysis. - Develop compelling sales materials and presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, industry insights, and third-party data. - Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams, support the team to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners. - Liaise with international product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management or digital marketing/advertising. - 3+ years of experience in either Automotive, Travel, Mobility industry - 3+ years of media planning expertise and advertising effectiveness/measurement - Experience of hands-on campaign management across digital platforms and advertising tech products. - You are able to demonstrate Ad tech product knowledge in the travel industry - Background in performance and app campaigns. - Experience in Client Facing roles/engagements - Excellent verbal and written English & German communication skills. - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit. Preferred Qualifications - Deep understanding of digital landscape and a passion for social media. - Experience of working with or at a media agency - Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills. - Background/experiences in performance and branding campaigns. - Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
