Job description

We are looking for an experienced and talented senior sales and delivery transformation leader responsible for driving SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) strategy, overseeing solution architecture, team building, and stakeholder alignment across global commercial organizations. This role combines deep functional expertise with strong people leadership, owning both successful program outcomes and the growth, engagement, and capability development of managers, consultants, and future leaders.

The Senior Manager provides functional leadership across Sales and Delivery (SD) and OTC, manages cross-functional delivery teams, and ensures alignment with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and enterprise ERP strategy, ensuring a strong, scalable SAP OTC organization. Details below.

What Will You Do - Responsibilities for Employment

  • Lead the SD portions of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global rollouts, ensuring alignment with enterprise ERP strategy and finance transformation objectives.
  • Own SAP OTC solution architecture and design, balancing standardization, scalability, and business value.
  • Act as the global process owner for OTC, covering order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and revenue handoff
  • Define and maintain global OTC process standards, templates, and governance models
  • Oversee all the S/4 process leads across OTC as they support the business in design, test, and implementation of standard processes globally
  • Provide senior oversight across SAP SD configuration areas including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and ATP
  • Lead end-to-end OTC process design across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and EWM/TM
  • Champion adoption of S/4HANA innovations such as Fiori apps, advanced ATP, and simplified data models, and real-time analytics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Operations leadership on process and system strategy
  • Translate business, regulatory, and commercial requirements into scalable SAP OTC solutions.
  • Support roadmap discussions, investment cases, and proposal or business-case development
  • Build and scale high-performing, diverse SAP OTC teams, ensuring the right mix of skills across functional, technical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentorship, developing future leaders and succession pipelines within the SAP OTC organization.
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and development plans for team members, aligned to enterprise ERP priorities and delivery standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning across the team.
  • Align with Corporate and Local Business leads to understand upcoming / ongoing initiatives and projects striving for consolidation and harmonization of business processes

Requirements

Education : Bachelor Degree or equivalent plus related experience

Years and Type of Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Information Systems
  • 10+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of SD-FI integration, including billing and revenue flows
  • Proven experience leading large, complex ERP transformation programs and other financial initiatives
  • Operational expertise or a background in operational department at supervisor level

Language skills

  • English - Advanced (C1)

Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:

  • Able to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Softer skills that will ensure a successful application for S/4 role would be an enthusiastic and determined attitude together with a structured approach.
  • Experience with FSCM Credit Management or complex pricing models.
  • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or global distribution environments
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
  • Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each innovator's career interests.
