Journeyman Data Analyst

PRISM is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to consolidate complex dashboards into strategic reports. You will transform raw data into insights for senior leaders, ensuring workforce metrics align with organizational goals., Analysis & Modeling: Query and clean large datasets to produce metrics on civilian workforce trends, attrition, and resource allocation. Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI, Excel, and Qlik; experience with ADVANA is a plus. Reporting: Package findings for high-level stakeholders, including executive leadership and Congressional inquiries. Collaboration: Partner with SMEs to manage data access and interpret client feedback in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years in data analysis/reporting (6-8 years total experience preferred). Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation. Knowledge of DoD environments; civilian workforce experience is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required.
