Job description
- Lead the engineering team in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven features for HR Systems and Digital Assistant, focusing on automation of HR processes, actionable insights, and seamless user experiences.
- Design and implement AI agent solutions, leveraging industry standards for reliability, explainability, and responsible AI (RAI) practices.
- Integrate and optimize the use of internal tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Co-pilot, Open AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen for agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic goals and user needs.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance, security, and privacy standards, and contribute to the development of AI architecture standards.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies with ability to stay current with emerging and industry trends.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in leading AI agent development , with a strong understanding of agent architectures, orchestration frameworks , and industry best practices
- Hands-on expertise with IBM Watson platform , including Watson Assistant and related AI services.
- Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Co-pilot, Open AI SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, and/or Autogen for building and deploying advanced AI agents.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, UKG, Azure, Databricks) and managing multi-cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to take a holistic perspective on system design, data flows, and business impact.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated commitment to responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical standards in AI deployments
