Job description
- Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems using frameworks like Crew.AI .
- Develop and optimize Generative AI models and LLMs for diverse applications.
- Build and integrate SQL Agents to enable natural language interaction with databases.
- Drive the entire AI lifecycle, from research and prototyping to production deployment using Python .
- Mentor a team of AI engineers and define technical roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Agentic AI principles and frameworks (e.g., Crew.AI ).
- Proven experience with Generative AI models and LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG).
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
- Experience designing and implementing SQL Agents for natural language to SQL conversion.
- Solid understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms, and scalable AI solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, architectural, and communication skills.
