Job description

Join us as a Technology Services Manager where you will be pivotal in managing cloud platform operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with engineering and product teams. This role is your opportunity to leverage your expertise in cloud technologies and networking within a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support operations of cloud platform services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to optimize cloud-based services and network integration.
  • Facilitate technology planning and implementation efforts, driving cross-functional projects to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and service alignment.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurring technical issues.
  • Manage service incidents and changes effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in cloud technologies, particularly with AWS services.
  • Strong networking expertise, including WAN, VPN, DNS, Routing, and Load Balancer technologies.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance monitoring at an in-depth technical level.
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar Operations Management products.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and Observability Patterns.
  • Cloud technology and ITIL certification.
