Business and Systems Analytics - Data Analyst 2

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to capture requirements and deliver reporting and analysis.
• Query, transform, and aggregate large datasets to produce insights that inform decisions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to enable self-service analytics.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and write product-focused insights on player behavior and features.
• Perform quality assurance on datasets, dashboards, and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team supporting analytics and reporting for game development and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SQL and Python/PySpark, data visualization with Power BI or Tableau, and dashboard development and a proven ability to deliver actionable insights, build scalable reporting assets, and inform product decisions. Top Hard Skills: 1-3+ years in the following: 1.SQL experience (if they only have Python experience, that is acceptable but SQL is preferred)

2. Familiarity with building dashboard, preferably with power BI but Tableau or similar is acceptable
3. Basic statistics and analytical skills
4. Portfolio is required !!, + Proficiency in SQL and Python or PySpark for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience building dashboards and visualization solutions in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience in an analytical role. Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure Synapse or Databricks.

• Background in the gaming domain and familiarity with player analytics.

• Familiarity with Python/PySpark for data processing and automation.
