IT Project Manager

Manages IT projects, coordinating teams, sprints, and resources to ensure timely delivery while adhering to Agile/Waterfall principles and fostering continuous improvement. Responsibilities include aligning IT practices with business needs and leading the cross-functional delivery of technology initiatives. Key duties involve facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, and resource requirements from concept through implementation. The manager leads sprint planning and stand-ups to guide the project lifecycle, utilizing Agile methodologies to drive incremental delivery. Collaboration with technical and product teams is essential to prioritize and scope complex projects, while also creating visibility into progress for stakeholders and managing cross-team dependencies and risks.
