• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.\n

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields.\n
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
• Experience with data catalog, metadata management, lineage, and data quality tools.\n
• Experience designing and enforcing data access control and stewardship processes.\n
• Experience integrating governance processes into cloud-native data platforms.\n
• Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks in Federal or enterprise-scale environments.\n, * Active TS/SCI clearance.\n
• 10+ years of experience in data governance or data engineering roles.\n
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.\n
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.\n
• Certifications in data governance or related areas (e.g., CDMP, DGSP)\n
• Experience supporting data governance across multi-enclave DoD environments.\n
• SAFe Agilist (SA) or related SAFe certification.\n
• Experience operating within SAFe or large-scale Agile frameworks supporting enterprise systems.\n
• Experience implementing automated data quality monitoring and drift detection.\n
• Experience integrating governance capabilities with Zero Trust data access models.\n
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics and AI platforms.\n

• Ensure compliance with data governance and sharing policies across systems.\n
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance initiatives.\n
• Facilitate training programs for data stewards and stakeholders on governance principles.\n
• Conduct root cause analysis for data-related issues and implement preventive measures.\n
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding data governance updates and initiatives.\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and accessibility.\n
• Develop and maintain documentation for data governance processes and standards.\n
• Support customer inquiries related to data governance and compliance.\n
