Exceptional problem solving skills, technical skills and analytical skills a must

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to adapt to changing business needs

• Must be able to work well with cross functional teams and be able to work effectively with all levels within an organization

• Work shift is standard Mon - Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

• Self-starter with excellent analytical, documentation and communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application log

• Create, change, and delete application user accounts per request

• Provide support and investigate and / or troubleshoot issues

• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.

Experience in Computer Science not required. Will train the right candidates.
