Job description
Assist in planning and implementing IT solutions.
Requirements
2~5 years Experience in managing Servers/Network
- Troubleshoot day-to-day problems in office network.
- Perform basic Server system and network administration tasks.
- Identify and record requests for technical support coming through phone, e-mail or other media.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of common problems.
- Must be detail oriented and able to handle tasks given
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S
- Computers Skills: Basic knowledge or experience in Network, OS(Windows Server, Linux OS) and any other technical experience in computer will be plus
