A bachelor s degree in a business-related field such as business administration, information technology, finance, or marketing (or a similar field). Strong experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments, translating business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria. Ability to break down complex business requirements into smaller user stories for development teams, while ensuring that technical constraints, limitations and dependencies are considered. Experience working on projects involving vendor owned, designed and hosted solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication. The preferred candidate must possess and demonstrate strong troubleshooting. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. - Will close submissions on: 4/2/26 at 10am EST - Interview Process: 1st round interviews will be virtual interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked. 2nd round interviews will be held in-person. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview. - Duration: Duration: 1 year with desire for contractor to convert to fulltime with SOMI in 1-2 years. At the time of conversion, candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan. - Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule.
