Experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.

• Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.
• Azure DevOps Knowledge or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3+years)
• Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities
• Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3+ years)
• Experience with creating product roadmap (3+ years)
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3+ years)
• Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) (3+ years)

Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role., Interview Process: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.

• Duration: 1 year with desire for contractor to convert to fulltime with SOMI in 1-2 years. At the time of conversion, candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the ***.
• Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week (required in-person days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays) - Please note, the first month of work will be onsite 5 days/week for onboarding.
