Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Enhancement of existing and implementation of new integrations
-
Perform deep root-cause analysis for recurring functional or technical problems.

Identify system defects and collaborate with Workday or internal development teams to deploy permanent fixes
-
Perform functional testing for semi-annual Workday releases and enhancements
-
Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance integrations (Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, APIs).

Analyze integration failures, system performance issues, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.

Manage complex configuration in HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Finance, etc.

Support Workday Business Process (BP) design aligned with organizational needs. (Related to Workday role descriptions)

Knowledge of the As Is system and To Be changes to be implemented within the system

Hands on experience for migration between different Workday Tenants
Roles & Responsibilities

Support reporting requirements including custom reports, dashboards, and Prism data models
-
Review and troubleshoot Workday security models, domain permissions, and role-based assignments.

Partner with HRIS/security teams to ensure controlled access.

Monitor Workday tenant stability and performance.
-
Participate in regression testing and ensure readiness for bi-annual Workday updates.

Document system changes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for future reference
