Job description
In this role, the successful candidate will perform system integration, develop verification and validation processes, develop timeline analyses, and assist with system level requirements closures. This individual will collaborate with several stakeholders across distributed teams to support delivery of quality design products., + Performs system integration and supporting functional analysis, develops verification and validation processes, and assists with requirements allocation and system level requirements closures.

Collaborates with several stakeholders across distributed teams to support the timely delivery of quality design products.

Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs timeline analysis, detail trade studies, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 0 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 0 year of related professional/military experience.

Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company.

Must have experience in integration and process development

Must have experience presenting technical approaches to management
Basic Qualifications (Principal):

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings at technical and program reviews and boards

An active, In-scope DoD Top Secret clearance

Previous or existing Program Access (SAP/PAR)

A keen eye for problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills will be essential for excelling in this role

Experience with DOORS and developing/executing DXL scripts

Experience with Timing & Latency Analysis

Demonstrated communication and technical requirements writing skills

Proven ability to brief technical presentations to key stakeholders

Solid organization skills
Benefits & conditions
Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
