Informatica IDMC Lead

We're seeking experienced Informatica IDMC Leads to support large-scale ETL production environments for a major financial services client. This role requires deep expertise in Informatica, IDMC, and production support, along with strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning capabilities.

• 10+ years of experience in ETL Production Support

• Strong proficiency with Informatica and IDMC

• Expertise in Oracle, SQL performance tuning, Shell scripting, and Autosys

• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments

• Experience debugging Informatica, Spark, Oracle, and Shell code

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk or Datadog

• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and cloud-based workflow management

• Knowledge of metadata-driven ETL processes and batch/job frameworks

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments, respond to alerts, and resolve technical issues

• Track incidents against SLAs and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence

• Manage and troubleshoot Informatica and IDMC workflows in cloud environments

• Lead migration efforts from Informatica to IDMC

• Analyze logs and resolve hardware/software issues across ETL components

• Maintain and update system operating procedures and performance reports

• Support code deployments and migrations across Dev, SIT, UAT, and Prod

• Optimize Spark engines, configure session objects, and manage file descriptors for high-volume ingestion

• Automate processes using Python, Shell, and SQL scripting

• Work with Yarn and Spark logs for cloud platform monitoring
