As a Senior Consultant (UKG Integration Consultant) specializing in Boomi iPaaS, you will apply your integration expertise to help clients realize maximum value from their UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) investments. Working closely with functional and technical stakeholders, you will assess the current state, translate requirements into scalable integration solutions, and deliver high quality outcomes on time and within budget. Your focus will include designing, building, and supporting secure, reliable integrations between UKG and upstream/downstream enterprise systems across implementation, testing, and post go live support., You will serve as a key technical resource on UKG integration workstreams. Design, develop, and support Boomi integrations across UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) (Timekeeping, Accruals, Payroll, and HR). Partner with functional UKG leads, payroll, HR, and IT stakeholders to understand current state processes. Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable integration designs. Build and maintain real time and batch integrations (APIs, SFTP, flat files). Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation for employee, time, pay, accrual, and scheduling domains. Review current state UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) processes where applicable. Lead end to end testing activities (unit, system/integration, and cutover). Triage and resolve defects, and provide go live and hypercare support by troubleshooting interface and data issues. Develop and maintain high quality work products, including integration design documentation, technical specifications, test artifacts, and knowledge transfer materials. Balance multiple priorities while ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
Requirements
- Leading enterprise UKG WFM implementations as a well-rounded consultant.
- Familiarity with all UKG WFM modules from an integration and API perspective
- Strong experience with leading the systems integration workstream to inform system design requirements
- Timekeeping experience, including Accruals.
- DataHub technical experience, developing integrations to/from the DataHub platform to downstream systems
To qualify for the role you must have
- 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong hands on experience with Boomi (AtomSphere) integration development
- Experience integrating UKG Pro and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management
- Knowledge of WFM data domains (time, attendance, accruals, pay rules)
- Strong attention to detail that contributes to thorough requirements gathering and solution testing to set clients up for success
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, flat files, SFTP
- Understanding of end to end payroll and HR data flows
- Ability to support multi country or complex workforce environments
- Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
- Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office.
Ideally, you'll also have
- Large-scale project management experience, inclusive of global or multi-national client WFM project experience
- Boomi Associate or Professional Integration Developer certification
- UKG Pro WFM / Kronos implementation or integration certification
- Experience in AMS or post production support models
- Common knowledge of WFM, with priority to UKG, business process activities; and ability to modify and apply processes depending upon client sector
- Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
