Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience required\n
  • 8 or more years of experience in systems analysis and design of information systems with 5 or more years of proven experience leading architecture design and technical sessions, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem\n
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect required \n
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred\n
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.\n
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud\n
  • Strong experience in Salesforce integrations with third-party services, middleware, and databases\n
  • Expertise in establishing and maintaining architecture governance processes and best practices documentation\n
  • Experience implementing enterprise-level design patterns and frameworks at scale\n
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limits, performance tuning, secure coding practices, and optimization techniques\n
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with experience using Salesforce developer tools, debug logs, and performance monitoring tools\n
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration tools and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, ETL)\n

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development team members. You will also ensure that technical solutions adhere to the established architecture, standards, and governance processes while also supporting ongoing service initiatives.\n \n \nResponsibilities:\n \n \n

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and scalable architecture standards\n
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices\n
  • Lead technical design sessions with development teams, creating class models, sequence diagrams, and detailed design specifications to ensure alignment with architecture standards and best practices\n
  • Define data models, integration patterns, and technical architecture of Salesforce and connected systems\n
  • Maintain governance process documentation and best practices, ensuring that all architectural decisions and design approaches are documented and accessible for all teams\n
  • Support innovative and fast time-to-value solutions to support commercial and field teams\n
  • Oversee system configuration, custom development, and third-party integrations\n
  • Provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts\n
  • Evaluate and implement new Salesforce technologies and features\n
