Job description

  • Design, implement, and optimize cloud desktop solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, or similar).
  • Collaborate with global teams on migration, performance, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot VDI/cloud desktop issues and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
  • Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in IT infrastructure; 2+ years with cloud desktop/VDI technologies.
  • Strong networking, security, and identity management knowledge.
  • Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Terraform) preferred.
  • Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty or Citrix certifications a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
