As a Senior Low-Code / No-Code Solutions Engineer, you are the technical and consultative backbone of the team. Your role is to translate client mission objectives into powerful, scalable, and maintainable applications. You will ensure every project is built on a sound architectural structure and a robust data model. You will be a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, leading technical discussions, gathering requirements, and ensuring the solutions delivered directly address their most pressing challenges. You will push the boundaries of what's possible with low-code platforms, designing and building solutions that deliver immediate and lasting value., Technical Strategy & Architecture
Design and architect end-to-end solutions on low-code/no-code platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a key technical liaison for clients. Lead requirements-gathering sessions, conduct product demonstrations, and translate complex mission needs into clear, actionable technical plans.
Data Architecture
Lead data modeling efforts in various data sources, ensuring data integrity, security, and efficient design. Perform data engineering tasks as needed to support application and reporting requirements.
Hands-on Development
Act as the senior developer on key projects, tackling the most challenging components and setting a high bar for quality and user experience.
Mentorship
Serve as the senior technical expert for the team, mentoring developers, performing code reviews, and helping to solve the most complex technical challenges.
Innovation & Prototyping
Explore and evaluate new technologies and platform features to solve complex problems, including the integration of emerging AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
Requirements

- Expert-level knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with at least one major low-code/no-code platform (Microsoft Power Platform or Vantage preferred).
- Proven experience in data modeling, data architecture, and data engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and lead the development of complex, scalable solutions.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and a commitment to iterative development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Bonus:
- Experience with integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning services into applications and automated workflows.
- Experience with React/Typescript development, especially for creating custom application components.
- Experience architecting solutions that span multiple cloud tenants.
- Familiarity with both Vantage and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified ScrumMaster/Product Owner, relevant platform-specific certifications).
Benefits & conditions
Target salary range: $100k-$120k. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
