Job description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Dashboard and Automation Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and streamlining data processes to support compliance and governance initiatives., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful visualizations.
- Build and maintain Alteryx workflows to automate data preparation, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes, particularly those supporting compliance with the Data Management Policy.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and automation solutions.
- Support data governance initiatives, ideally leveraging Collibra to enhance metadata management and data lineage tracking.
- Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualization.
- Strong experience with Alteryx for data wrangling and automation.
- Familiarity with Collibra or other data governance tools is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of data management principles and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits & conditions
The typical base pay range for this role is between $89K - $98K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
