Job description
We are on an exciting journey to improve the quality and accessibility of our data to empower business users to make nimble meaningful business decisions utilizing data. No prior data, technical, or systems experience required. We provide training and ongoing support. This role does not involve software development, coding, or report building. This role is ideal for candidates who are curious, organized, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of partners. The selected candidates will be responsible for helping ensure that business data is clearly defined, understood, and used consistently across the organization. They partner with stakeholders to document data meaning, ownership, and usage, identify issues or risks, and support improvements to data quality and transparency. The role requires effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to translate business needs into clear information standards., * Partner with business teams to understand how data is created, used, and shared
- Help document and clarify data definitions, business rules, and ownership
- Support data quality and issue management activities (tracking, follow-ups, coordination)
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unclear processes
- Prepare clear summaries, presentations, and documentation for business and leadership audiences
- Participate in working sessions and forums focused on improving management of data
- Learn and apply data governance standards, policies, and best practices
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication

The typical base pay range for this role is between $78K - $106K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
