Job description

  • Enhance and support core trading applications such as Smart Order Router and Crossing Engine platforms
  • Develop and optimize C++ frameworks and features for low latency trading systems
  • Diagnose issues, troubleshoot bugs, and improve overall application performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, quantitative, QA, and technology
  • Design technical solutions based on detailed requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working on enterprise-scale low-latency trading applications primarily using C++ in a Linux environment
  • Broad exposure to well-known C++ libraries and low-latency tuning techniques such as CPU/memory optimization and kernel bypass technologies
  • Practical experience within electronic trading environments, preferably in investment banking or similar sectors
  • Strong automation mindset across the software development lifecycle, especially around shift-left testing
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
