Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our team in New York. This role requires expertise in back-end development, focusing on creating scalable and efficient technology solutions in the heath-tech space.

• Seeks a Full Stack Engineer, * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Build and develop backend services, API and models.
• Own the end-to-end design and implementation through deployment and production.
• Implement robust backend systems to support application functionality.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high quality through testing and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
• Work in an Agile environment to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Work within the tech stack of Python, AWS, Node.js

• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Experience within the health or medical technology space.
• Backend: Python, AWS, EC2, Lambda, Postgres/RDS, Cognito, API Gateway), Node.js.
• Frontend: Welkin EHR UI (JSON APIs, existing iFrame / React components.
• Strong knowledge of front-end frameworks and back-end programming languages.
• Familiarity with FHIR, EMR integrations, LLM APIs, or other AI tool
• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs.
• Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
