IT Project Manager

Join our team as a Senior Delivery Lead in a hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ or Addison, TX. This contract position involves managing and delivering robust business software solutions using agile methodologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align on project vision and goals, utilizing agile tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage meetings to gather and cross-reference business and functional requirements. Define and prioritize user stories for the scrum team using applicable artifacts. Collaborate with stakeholders and scrum teams to ensure user stories meet business requirements. Participate in capacity planning and develop strategic goals for systems and software. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of existing systems and develop testing strategies.

5 years of experience in agile techniques such as User Stories and Continuous Integration. Proficient in project deliverables, client coordination, financial management, and escalation handling. Strong communication skills and attention to detail, capable of working independently. Experience in managing epics and releases, as well as PI planning. Technical knowledge including relational databases and moderate SQL skills.
