• The role involves supporting IT operations across outpatient radiology centers and related offices in the New York City region.
• It includes troubleshooting various systems and equipment, providing both remote and on-site assistance.
• The position requires a strong understanding of generic technology systems and the ability to improve existing workflows., * Support IT operations for radiology centers and ancillary offices.
• Provide user support for various systems and equipment.

• Bachelor''s or Associate''s degree in a related field or 5 years of IT support experience.
• Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of network and computer systems operations.
• Proficiency in problem resolution and time management.
• Flexibility to travel and valid driver''s license with insurance.
