Senior Mission Integration Engineer (Top Secret Clearance required)

As part of the Mission Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) team, you will work across organizations, to integrate spacecraft, payload, and ground elements and define advanced end-to-end solutions for our customers., Apply a variety of technical principles and tools in Systems Engineering such as CONOPs development, requirements analysis, and interface definition

Coordinate system level trade studies while fine tuning requirements, risk, cost, and schedule parameters

Manage the system's technical performance measures

Support the program's Lead System Engineer, interfacing with customers and Blue Origin leadership

Work with the program's Chief Engineer to ensure compliance with design standards, processes, and general best practices

Passion for our mission and vision is required!, Minimum of a B.S. degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering or equivalent technical field

Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering fundamentals and experience in multiple system lifecycle phases

Successful candidates in this role typically have 8+ years of related experience in the design, development, and flight test of aerospace systems, preferably spacecraft

Experience developing an integrated system with depth in one or more spacecraft subsystems, and/or system design and integration

Experience in definition of space system requirements and concept definitions that span a broad range of mission objectives

Demonstrated leadership principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

M.S degree in Systems Engineering

Spacecraft level integration and test experience

Experience with modern requirements management database tools and techniques

Experience with modeling in SysML, or familiarity with UAF or DoDAF

Familiarity with INCOSE standards and best practices

Active Top Secret (TS) / Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with polygraph.
