Job description
- Resolve technical issues related to Windows 11 OS and hardware performance.
- Troubleshoot application compatibility and configuration for corporate users.
- Provide "white-glove" support and training to users following their system upgrades.
- Document all support activities and escalate complex technical hurdles to the engineering team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Service Desk or Field Services role within a corporate environment.
- Expert-level troubleshooting skills for Windows Desktop Operating Systems (specifically Windows 11).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
