Job description
- Manage endpoint platforms (Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot): configurations, policies, patching, and deployments.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell to improve provisioning and performance.
- Ensure security & compliance (policies, encryption, conditional access).
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot endpoint issues.
- Collaborate on endpoint projects, migrations, and improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years in endpoint engineering / device management.
- Strong experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, Azure AD, Windows OS.
- PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and mobile/Windows support.
Preferred
- MS certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, MS-102).
- Experience with Zero Trust, app packaging, Windows Server.
